2012

Ravano Green Power opens three subsidiary companies in India(Bangalore), Romania (Cluj), the USA(New Jersey). The company reaches an installed solar PV capacity of 53MW for customers and owns 35MW of renewable power plants.

2011

Ravano Green Power installs 40MW of solar PV systems for third parties, manages the operation & maintenance service for a capacity of 19MW solar PV plants. The Group owns 16MW of renewable power plants./desc]

2010

Ravano Green Power close the year with:20MW of solar PV plants built for third parties, 10MW  of group owned power plants, a joint venture with CVA S.p.A., St. Denis Wind (50% – 50%) for installing 3MWof wind plant.

2008

Ravano Green Power becomes an EPC Contractor for Turnkey photovoltaic plants both on ground and on rooftops.

2007

Ravano Green Power aims to develop and manage its own sun, biogas, wind, water electric plants.

2006

The new Ravano Power Group was set up with the aim of investing in renewable sources, with its subsidiary company Ravano Green Power.

2004

Re-powering of 2 hydroelectric plants in Northern Italy.

2000

The Bardonecchia cogeneration plant is constructed (20MWe – 45MWt) with an investment of 26 millions €. Sale of 85GWh to E.ON. First Italian Independent Power Producer to sells energy to E.ON in Italy.

1994

First investment in renewable energy: 7 hydroelectric plants constructed (7MW), completed in 1999.

1991

Carbotrade is listed at the Genoa Stock Exchange.

1990

Unicredit (primary Italian Bank) invests in Carbotrade S.p.A. through a new equity issue.

1981

Ravano Group was founded as Carbotrade S.p.A. – coal trading, LPG and natural gas distribution.
